The Alizadeh Industrial Group (with the brand name Sialk Ghateh Rayan) began its activities in 2010, focusing on overhaul, major repairs, and maintenance of spinning and weaving machinery. This group, leveraging up-to-date technical knowledge, practical experience in the textile industry, and a deep understanding of producers’ needs, gradually expanded its activities to the fields of design, engineering, and production of spare parts for textile machinery and carpet-making equipment.
In conditions where the country’s textile industry faced limitations due to sanctions and difficulties in securing imported parts, the Alizadeh Industrial Group, relying on the capabilities of indigenous engineers and specialists, paved the way for localization and domestic production of critical parts for weaving and spinning machines.
This collection took a significant step in 2015 with the launch of a specialized production line, effectively providing the necessary parts for weaving machinery and playing a crucial role in reducing currency dependence and increasing the stability of production lines.
The Alizadeh Industrial Group considers customer satisfaction, sustainable product quality, and domestic technology development as its primary capital and long-term strategy, and with an innovative approach, it takes steps towards self-sufficiency and the enhancement of the country’s textile industry.
The first producer of
Jacquard weaving machines in Iran
One of the most significant achievements of this collection is the design and production of the Jacquard system for weaving machines for the first time in Iran. This strategic success, the result of years of research and development, reverse engineering, and technical innovation, has brought about a remarkable transformation in upgrading the technology of weaving machinery and machine-made carpet production.
Domestic production of Jacquard, in addition to reducing supply costs, has increased producers’ access to advanced technology and rapid, specialized technical support.
Obtaining knowledge-based certification
In line with the development of technology and the consolidation of its innovative position, the Alizadeh Industrial Group successfully obtained the knowledge-based company certificate in the year 2022. This title indicates the group’s capabilities in designing and producing knowledge-based products in the fields of textile machinery, weaving equipment, and specialized parts of the carpet industry.
The research-oriented approach and continuous investment in technology development have placed this group on a sustainable growth path and enhanced its industrial competitiveness.
